About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Spinal Life Australia. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with daily living activities, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with transfers, personal care, and domestic support
  • Provide basic wound care and self-medication
  • Accompany clients on community outings and social activities
Requirements
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
  • Current NDIS Workers Screening Card (Yellow Card) and/or Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • Completion of NDIS Workers Orientation Module
  • Flexibility to work a fixed fortnightly roster with varying shift times
