About the Role:

As a Personal Care Worker with Conexson, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals in need. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Meeting the physical and emotional needs of clients

Requirements:

  • Valid Rights to work in Australia
  • Blue Card or Working with Children Check
  • Yellow Card or NDIS Worker's Screening Check
  • Current Police Check
  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Manual Handling Certificate
  • Up-to-date vaccinations
  • Driver's License

What We Offer:
