WHAT'S THE ROLE?


We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Team Leader to join our warm and friendly customer service team in the Rhodes Corporate Park.

You will be responsible for achieving goals in the development of customers through telephone sales and developing the customer service team.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

  • Managing a large and dynamic team of inbound Customer Service Representatives
  • Coaching team members in effective telephone sales, product knowledge, new marketing campaigns and SAP skills
  • Achieving key Customer Service inbound targets such as Order Accuracy, Service to Sales and Service Level
  • Ensuring the right recruitment and effective onboarding of new team members
  • Reliable and efficient Order Processing and Service Excellence
  • Understanding of Application Selling and excellent Problem-Solving ability
  • Working with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Driving a strong team culture

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

  • Relevant experience in a Customer Service or complex customerfacing sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive a strong culture
  • Ability to coach, develop and provide feedback to team members
  • Continuous process improvement experience
  • Ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Solid understanding of MS Office and experience using SAP ERP
