You will lead a team by providing information and advice to assist in strategic development and planning to meet the divisional corporate and business objectives.


You will also identify, analyse and define new process improvement opportunities to support continuous improvement, synthesize business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.


Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting of continuous improvement initiatives to support informed decision making
  • Reviewing and proposing business improvements, investigate problems, analyse options and provide recommendations to ensure organisational consistency, adoption of best practice and improve effectiveness
  • Maintaining awareness of relevant operational issues, trends and opportunities to contribute to the best practice business support function in line with strategic, organisational and government priorities

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • Experience leading teams, coaching and developing other team members
  • Previous experience in improvement space
  • Experience with customer research and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
