..you will supervise the day-to-day processing of orders, whilst understanding customer and warehouse requirements. You will act as the point of escalation for the Customer service team, this will require a pro-active person to ensure all issues are identified and resolved promptly.


You will also be required to manage the development and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities and processes throughout the business and in-depth analysis of cost drivers and enabling change to remove costs from doing business.


You will be responsible for

  • The receipt and processing of customer orders across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Leadership in cost reduction opportunities and operational improvement activities.
  • Leadership of NPD/EPD projects, or other supply initiatives, so that they are delivered on time, to quality and cost targets.
  • Managing & developing of a team of 3 customer service representatives. Ensuring full support and training.
  • The delivery of bestinclass customer service.
  • Investigation and validation of credit claims and order error prevention.
  • Preparation and distribution of KPI Reports.

You'll succeed if you have...

  • A minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Supply Chain Customer Service experience
  • Experience managing a team (essential)
  • Excel & Outlook intermediate level (essential)
  • ERP JDE experience (highly regarded)
  • The ability to identify trends and analyse information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good relationship and management/influencing skills
  • Experience within a FMCG environment would be (highly regarded)
  • Project Management experience (highly regarded)
