If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Team Leaders to join the Revenue Management team within Revenue NSW.
We are seeking someone who can you think outside of the box and enjoys using their accounting expertise to manage bespoke inhouse systems and associated implementations.
Some of the Key Responsibilities include:
- Monitor and review the day-to-day work of the team and provide guidance, coaching and feedback to achieve the team's objectives.
- Provide specialist financial and technical advice to support organisational projects and activities and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
- Contribute to the review and documentation of financial procedures and practices to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Undertake analysis of potential risks to the financial integrity of systems and processes and implement audit review recommendations.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Being self-motivated with strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation ability.
- Being adept at working in a highvolume environment and meeting deadlines.
- Being ableto stay up to date with technology and keeping pace with business process changes.
- The ability to excel at communication and developing and maintaining effective relationships.
