Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to be based in our
St Leonards office and join a professional services leader committed to solving the world's biggest challenges in the areas of water, energy and urbanisation.

Our team of administrators (affectionately known as The A-Team) are seeking their next integral member of the team, who will provide critical support to ensure our continued success in the region.


This role will specifically support the Geotechnics & Tunnels, along with the Dams & Tailings team based out of our St Leonards office, you will provide administrative support to the business by collating and formatting bids, tenders and proposals for review and submissions.

As such, the ability to deliver under pressure, to tight deadlines with an extremely high level of attention to detail and ability to follow strict formatting protocols is critical to your success in the role.

As part of a team, you will also find variety in your tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Assisting with on and offsite events
  • Supporting the Region with printing jobs and some PA duties for leaders and executives.
  • Providing occasional reception relief
  • Office coordination and management

  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail with experience formatting and collating documents
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and organise your workload to meet deadlines
  • A strong client focus and dedicated approach to resolving problems and queries
  • Previous experience in an administrative role in a professional services environment would be highly advantageous
  • Highlevel of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office is critical
