Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a medical secretary role, with experience in a managerial setting being beneficial.
  • Initiative: A go-getter who takes initiative and is eager to contribute positively to the team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients and medical staff.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient use of medical practice software, such as Shexie Platinum.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Transportation: Must have a car and a clean driver's license to support various administrative tasks and travel between sites.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a medical setting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in medical office software and tools.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or certifications in medical administration are advantageous.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and access to a car.
