About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team at Goodstart St Leonards - Christie Street. As a key member of our centre team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our families and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Centre Director in prioritizing and building the centre's attendance pipeline
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Perform key business administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met
