Working on behalf of our client, you'll be delivering exceptional experiences to our natural gas distribution clients, customers, and stakeholders.

You'll work across various disciplines and functions, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and hassle-free experience when connecting to our natural gas supply.

Your role will involve coordinating with retailers and field service providers to ensure timely delivery of the service and ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Details- Commencing 27 March 2023- Full time - 38 hours per week- Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm (rotating roster)- Hybrid working model (Must be able to commit to at least 1 day per week in Melbourne CBD office)

Key Responsibilities- Inbound & outbound calls with customers, retailers, and field service providers with a variety of questions and concerns Update client's systems with appropriate notes and details as required- Provide accurate and timely responses and outcomes

Skills & Experience- Experience in a similar role- Experience working directly with external stakeholders- 2 years + experience in a customer service position or related industry (desirable)- Previous SAP exposure (desirable)
