Responsibilities
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.
- Manage all complaint types and other responsibilities falling under the scope of the team.
- Preparation of Notices of Response to AFCA and ensure we adhere to regulatory expectations, codes and guidelines.
- Maintain and monitor the Allianz Complaints Management Systems.
- The privilege to provide services to customers experiencing vulnerabilities with the utmost care and support through our High Care Process.
Skills
