About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Resolution Specialist to join our Claims team at Allianz Popular SL. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Case Managers and working closely with our Technical Specialists to assess claims and negotiate settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Case Managers to identify settlement opportunities and provide support in progressing claims towards finalization.
- Making settlement offers and attending conferences with counsel, expert witnesses, and lawyers.
- Collaborating with our panel solicitors and Technical Specialists to discuss claims referred to our panel.
- Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including claimants, legal representatives, and internal teams.
- Supporting processes that deliver customer-centric outcomes and contribute to our objective of operating with a focus on customer satisfaction.
About You:
- Extensive knowledge of CTP claims is essential.
- Demonstrated results in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Sound understanding of relevant legislation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Time management skills and a proactive approach.
