Position Overview:

As a Client Services Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of the business, engaging with clients via phone communication as first point of contact.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving where possible, as well as empowering clients to help themselves where possible and escalating via ticketing system for all other requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound clients with inquiries and support requests.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and solutions.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively, striving for first-call resolution.
  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and company policies to provide informed support.
  • Contribute to team goals and initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a phone based customer service role, preferably in technology related organisation
  • Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
