**Client Services Representative**

We provide our clients with the best talent on the market and have an urgent requirement for a Client Services Representative officer. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading team, providing administrative support and services directly to high priority contacts. This role will require a significant level of emotional intelligence, reliability and attention to detail.

Your day to day will include; maintaining diary management, logístical solutions, material preparation and completion of other relevant administrative activities. Alongside this, you will engage with a range of people and you must be a trustworthy, organised and motivated individual.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily operations ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Sort/prioritize mail; flag & highlight any relevant information
- Collect and organize documents from direct reports & stakeholders or clientele
- High attention to detail
- particularly when working across data and specific requirements within the designated industry
- Be able to seek out and disseminate pertinent information and maintaining strict confidentiality
- Phone work: manage phone calls to ensure that attention is always given to the most urgent materials/requests first

**Requirements**:

- Experience using Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Self-starter with excellent phone manner, interpersonal skills, and oral/written communication skills
- Ability to maintain professional discretion with sensitive and privileged information
- Proactive & detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize administrative duties. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal skills including tact and diplomacy
- Ability to exercise good judgment
