- We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Client Care Representative to join our team in Darlinghurst.- This permanent part time role (15 hours per week) is based in our clinic at
- **St Vincent's Hospital,** and you may also be required to work in our clinic based in Darlinghurst. Hours will be 9am to 2pm on Monday, Thursday and Friday.**Who are we?**

- As a Client Care Representative, you will provide an exceptional level of service to our clients and play an integral role in the day-to-day functions of the clinic. You'll be working as part of a fun and professional team dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Making appointments for clients
- Greeting clients at the clinic
- Assisting with client and doctor enquiries
- Answering clinic phone calls
- Providing basic troubleshooting for hearing devices
- Accurate billing of appointments
- Other general office duties

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**
- A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience
- Demonstrated experience working within a team environment
- Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services
- Excellent computer skills
- A warm, collaborative, can-do attitude
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Willingness to travel to cover sick leave and annual leave at our other Sydney Clinics from time to time.
