Victims Services are recruiting to fill two ongoing positions.

We are also creating a talent pool that will be used to fill current & future vacancies including both full-time and part-time positions.

**Your role**

We have an exciting opportunity for two Client Service Representatives to join our team.

The Victims Services team, within the Department of Communities and Justice, administers the Victims’ Rights and Support Act 2013. We provide access to counselling and financial assistance to victims of violent crime in NSW under the Victims Support Scheme, promote the Charter of Victims’ Rights and deliver related programs.

**What you’ll do**
- Work in a trauma informed way to ensure that the needs of the client are holistically addressed.
- Work collaboratively across Victims Services to ensure the effective administration of the Victims Support Scheme, and identify opportunities to improve our policies, procedures, and practices.

**What we’re looking for**

Business hours for Victims Services are between 9:00am and 5:00pm. The Client Service Representative must be available to work between these times.

Can you please describe a time when you’ve have had to manage this type of customer information & what steps you take to ensure customer confidentiality is upheld?
