Japanese-Speaking Inside Sales Administrator

Are you a bilingual professional with a passion for sales administration? Our client, a leading company in FMCG industry, is looking for a highly motivated Japanese-Speaking Inside Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your bilingual skills and administrative experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring quick and accurate responses to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Order Processing: Oversee the full order lifecycle, ensuring accurate data entry and on-time order fulfillment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery and efficient process flow.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, creating sales kits, and providing essential support.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and assisting in CRM management.
Key Requirements:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience: Prior experience in a sales administration or similar role is required.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy in data entry and order processing.
