Job Description:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries with professionalism and ensuring quick resolutions.
  • Order Processing: Oversee the entire order lifecycle, maintaining accurate data entry and timely order fulfillment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order delivery and efficient process flow.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and providing essential support.
  • Crm Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.

About You

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales administration or a similar role is required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
