Sales Administrator with Japanese Language Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator with expertise in the Japanese language to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your bilingual skills and administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries with professionalism and ensuring quick resolutions.
- Order Processing: Oversee the entire order lifecycle, maintaining accurate data entry and timely order fulfillment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order delivery and efficient process flow.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and providing essential support.
- Crm Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.

- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales administration or a similar role is required.
