Japanese-Speaking Inside Sales Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Japanese-Speaking Inside Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless order processing.

About the Role:
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Order Processing: Oversee the full order lifecycle, from data entry to on-time order fulfillment, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and creating sales kits.

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Japanese and English is essential.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales administration or a similar role is required.
