Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Conduct regular business reviews and propose improvement plans.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Account Manager should have:
- A degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate each stage of the sales process
- Proven success in securing large contracts and high-value deals.
- A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering results.
- Skilled in positioning and promoting high-end product
