A fantastic opportunity for a Junior Receptionist/Office support based near Camberwell. Our client is seeking someone with a go-getter attitude who is looking for step in the door within a professional practice

The successful candidate will be required to man reception and assist with the office administration work. You will be the first point of contact for clients and be on hand to assist the team with any adhoc administration required.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Greeting visitors
  • Booking meetings
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Handling office supplies
  • Email and database management

Skills & experience:

  • Completion of year 12 studies
  • Wiliness to learn 
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Excellent presentation
  • Passion for upskilling and career development
  • Interested in furthering your career
