We are seeking a skilled Fixed Asset Administrator to join our team at Programmed. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our Fixed Asset Register, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing support to our Manager Fixed Assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Assist the Manager Fixed Assets with capital budgeting and processing of capital requests and transactions.
  • Ensure all requests are recorded in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Reconcile and verify asset data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide support and assistance to the Manager Fixed Assets as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience maintaining an electronic fixed asset register.
  • Sound understanding of accounting concepts and principles, specifically reconciliations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to use appropriate checking processes to ensure information is recorded accurately.
  • Working towards or completed an approved tertiary qualification in business/accountancy.
