The Role
Reporting to the Group Senior People and Culture Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our HR operations, ensuring employees feel supported and processes run smoothly.
Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving seamless recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding experiences.
  • Managing HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Supporting payroll processes and compliance with Australian employment laws.
  • Coordinating engaging employee initiatives—think team-building, celebrations, and recognition programs.
  • Preparing and analysing reports to support decision-making and improve outcomes.


About You
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and love creating positive employee experiences. With at least 2 years’ experience in HR administration, you bring:

  • A strong understanding of Australian employment legislation.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and an aptitude for tech.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach and passion for supporting people.
