Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office environment, based in Burnley on a day-to-day basis and managing a wide range of administrative and office support activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and have excellent interpersonal skills to handle office duties and improve team cohesiveness.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assorted administration duties as required
  • Liaise with team members and management
  • Manage supplies inventory and place orders as necessary 
  • Organise team functions 
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment and facilities 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for office related inquiries

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
