Nino Early Learning Adventures is a family owned and operated provider of early learning care and education across Melbourne. We are passionate about providing the best start for every child in our idyllic centres that are designed to appeal to the curious nature of children.

We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist to join our Head Office team in Richmond, reporting to the Operations Manager.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Developing and maintaining a talent pipeline and a strong employer brand
- Coordinating and conducting reference checks, background checks and employment contracts
- Together with the Centre managers managing the onboarding process for new hires
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with centre managers
- Providing regular reports and feedback on recruitment activities and outcomes

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- 2+ years previous experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the early childhood education sector
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented approach
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A working knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and best practices in recruitment
- Drivers licence, as the role will require visits to our centres
