: Lyons Early Childhood school is currently looking for an exceptional Business Manager to join our leadership team.

We are seeking an individual who demonstrates proactivity, diligence, and unwavering support to steer our school towards continued success.

As the Business Manager, the responsibilities include overseeing key areas such as strategic planning, financial and facilities management, human resources, communications, stakeholder engagement, procurement, contract administration, compliance, risk management, and governance.

We are in search of a dedicated professional who can contribute to the continued growth and success of our school.

Eligibility/Other requirements:

Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP): Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required. For further information on Working with Vulnerable People registration refer to -  Asbestos awareness card: Asbestos awareness card or a willingness to obtain - Asbestos Awareness Training and evidence of completion delivered by a Registered Training Organisation is required before commencement, for further information refer to:  Qualification or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance or Experience in a business-related role and financial qualifications and/or relevant experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of office practices and procedures is highly desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is highly desirable. Knowledge of Xero and Sentral packages is highly desirable. First Aid qualification. A First Aid Certificate or a willingness to undertake appropriate training is highly desirable.

Notes: A merit pool will be established from this selection process and may be used to fill future identical vacancies over the next 12 months.
