- Earn trust through regular communication with senior management on program status and risks, demonstrating the ability to synthesize the problems and the solutions into a simple and consumable manner.
- Rely heavily on influence over authority to drive project deliverables.
- Own the metrics for project success and define, measure and report on these metrics.
- Develop, improve, and share operational best practices across the region and with peers globally.
- Demonstrate ownership to help improve the safety, security, availability of our region operations.
- Mentor, train, and develop career progression for indirect reports and members of the organization.
- Obsess over team learning and development, both from a technical/functional and soft skills development perspective.

- Advanced professional certifications in management of complex, high-value technical projects.
