Where the team fits in
The Lifecycle Campaign Specialist role sits within the Lifecycle and Engagement team which is part of Audience & Marketing.
The purpose of the team is to drive audience awareness, engagement and conversion leveraging our marketing technology to deliver personalised omni-channel programs that support our audiences at all stages of their journey.
We help the organization to achieve its purpose of ‘changing the way the world experiences property’ by engaging and retaining our audiences and helping them along their property journey. This role focuses on building deeper relationships with our customer audience, unlocking incremental value for them and their business.
Our measurable goals are acquisition, retention and customer sentiment and we achieve these through our use of content, brand, personalisation, email, in-app messaging, push and communications.
What the role is all about
Plan and deliver a busy calendar of cross-channel customer marketing campaigns across In-App Messaging, Push, Email and SMS within our current marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze)Develop personalised, relevant and optimised messaging and communications, building an end-to-end journey of customer-led experiences.
Work closely with the customer Product, GTM, CX and sales teams to develop, execute and measure multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness of products, reach revenue targets and maintain customer sentiment.
Develop and execute on a robust optimisation testing stream with continual testing and improvements to be managed within our marketing automation platforms, with the goal of proving incremental uplift in engagement and conversion.
Analyse the performance of campaigns in all channels and share learnings and actionable insights with the team and broader REA group.
Manage the communication schedule based on contact rules cross-channel to maximise engagement and ROI.
Manage audience targeting, monitoring counts, campaign proofing, testing and launching within our marketing automation platforms.

Maintain a strong knowledge of new developments, channels and practices in personalisation of communications and marketing operations technical expertise.
Who we’re looking for
Strong attention to detail and passion for creating great user experiencesSomeone technically savvy and strong at all aspects of campaign creation and management – ideally with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment - #gsd (urban dictionary will help on this one)
Ability to identify new opportunities, quantify estimated business and consumer impact, shape ideas into actionable campaign plans through to implementation and post launch analysis.
Data and results led, experienced in creating testing strategies to increase and measure communication performance.
Perseverance in solving problems and would happily troubleshoot HTML problems or any data issues
Someone willing to get their hands dirty and able to implement, but flexible to switch to a more strategic customer lifecycle and creative lens when required.
Creative and experimentation mindset – familiar and experienced in optimisation testing processes, methodology and best practice
