**Job Description**:
As a SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online visibility, brand awareness, and digital presence. Collaborating closely with our SEO agency, internal stakeholders, and multiple product teams, you will define and deliver the best solutions that strengthen our SEO dominance. The role sits within the Customer Engagement team, whose mission is to keep customers engaged with carsales throughout the entire lifecycle and further embed carsales as the definitive destination for all things automotive.

**What you'll do**
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify valuable opportunities for organic growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Regularly perform website audits to identify technical SEO issues and recommend solutions for optimization.
- Influence and collaborate with multiple product squads to implement SEO tactics and recommendations
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development, including keyword optimization and content structure.
- Identify link-building opportunities and execute effective outreach campaigns to build high-quality backlinks.
- Assist in creating and presenting regular reports on SEO performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

**What we are looking for?**

If you are a driven SEO Specialist with a proven background in optimizing digital strategies and a desire to contribute to the growth of a dynamic company, we encourage you to apply.
- Hands-on experience in SEO on 1 Million+ page websites, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and results.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console, as well as project tracking tools such as Jira, Asana or similar.
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including technical SEO aspects.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
