THE POSITION
Working closely with the general services and project manager to support day to day mobilisation of the New Footscray Hospital. Manage daily schedules, provide support in meetings and triage queries and correspondence. Create MS PowerPoint presentations for client submissions. Undertake core operational administrative data entry and reporting functions as required. Manage the administrative aspects of mobilisation. Maintain accurate records of mobilisation activities and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements. Data entry and word processing Coordinating with multiple stakeholdersTHE PERSON:
Previous experience in similar role. High level organisation and administration. Ability to manage and set multiple schedules. Proficient in full Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, excel, word & PowerPoint. Experience using Aconex (desirable not required). Comfortable taking and sending meeting minute, providing support in meetings. Previous exposure to similar role in facilities management or construction. Exposure to outsourced government contracts. Ability to read and follow contracts. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.THE BENEFITS
