**About the role**

As a Finance Officer here at LXRP you play a critical role within the dynamic and results-driven Systems and Controls team. Working within a diverse and supportive environment, you will be part of a culture that embraces forward-thinking and collaboration.

In this role you will support the team to establish, implement, maintain and improve effective and efficient financial and procurement systems, such as Unifier and Oracle Cloud. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including (but not limited to):

- Assisting the invoice lifecycle by creating purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding payments and ensuring all invoices are approved on time.
- Supporting the file management for all finance and procurement documentation - accuracy is essential to the role.
- Assisting the management of monthly accruals and generation of month end reports.

This is a 3-year fixed term position, paying a salary between $74,580 and $90,558 + superannuation with hybrid working arrangement (a mix of office and home/remote based working). The office you will be working from is located in 121 Exhibition Street, and you will also have the option to access flexible working arrangements if you need them - many LXRP employees work flexibly.

**About you**
- Technical Capabilities - experience using Unifier and Oracle system and familiarity with Oracle Projects is essential to this role.
- Strong written and verbal communication as the role requires you to collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams.
- Proven experience in providing accurate and high-quality support whilst handling high volume workloads.
- Experience in a major infrastructure project environment is highly desirable but not essential
