Optus is seeking a Senior eCommerce Growth Performance Lead to grow eCommerce sales across all product lines for the Consumer and Small Business segments. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key trends and opportunities to enable the successful execution of the eCommerce strategy across all consumer and product revenue in our digital channels.

Your day in the life of a Senior eCommerce Growth Performance Lead at Optus

eCommerce Performance Planning, Forecasting, and Gap Closure Deliver against eCommerce Sales Strategy and AOP Targets Enable the achievement and growth of all revenue generated online Contribute to the Vision, Purpose, and Strategy for eCommerce Product Growth Management at Optus Continuous improvement of Optus.com.au experience, planning, and platform Finding opportunities and initiatives to drive an outstanding Customer Experience Champion a growth mentality, proactively finding new opportunities to drive growth and reduce cost

Your skills to pay the bills

Consultancy background in management consultancy space highly desirable Extensive experience influencing, finding opportunity and taking ownership Experience developing packs, shareable artefacts to communicate at an LT level Qualification in Sales, Commerce, or Marketing Extensive professional experience in a mid-level sales leadership role Background in eCommerce best practices, with proven business results Experience in developing and enforcing effective work methods and standards
