What You'll Do : As our Contract Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless contract management and execution. Your responsibilities will include:

First point of call for vendors, interfacing with all internal and external vendors relating to the contract. Ensuring contractor compliance to their contract terms and conditions. Monitor and track contract variations. Management and tracking of the High Value Correctives and Reimbursables costs and process. Support and assist the Contract Manager / Facilities Managers on daily tasks as required. Assisting with the management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for preventative work, reactive work and information currency as required. Processing of incoming purchase orders and invoices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify contract needs and facilitate contract creation. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of contract documents while adhering to company policies and industry regulations. Maintaining a centralized contract database and tracking key milestones, renewals, and amendments. Monitoring and addressing contract performance, identifying potential risks, and suggesting improvements. Serving as a knowledgeable resource for contract-related inquiries and assisting with dispute resolution when necessary.

What You Bring:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar contract management role. Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for detecting errors and inconsistencies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex contractual terms. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Relevant formal qualifications such as diploma or certificate equivalent in Administration or Management.
