**About the Role**

In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your strong understanding of residential real estate contracts and administration to ensure timely processing and accurate execution. You'll be a champion for our clients, providing exceptional service and clear communication throughout the contract lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Ensuring Smooth Contract Management and Member Support**:

- ** Maintain a Streamlined Pipeline**: Monitor the Property Services pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and proactively address them to ensure smooth progress.
- ** Drive Contract Efficiency**: Follow up on Master Contract reviews and requested contracts for vendors. Ensure contracts are verified, and issued, and EOI documents are compliant in a timely manner.
- ** Expedite Deposit Processing**: Proactively communicate with external contacts to accelerate deposit collection processes.
- ** Manage Requests and Refunds**: Handle DON/DOR/DOC requests and effectively manage refund requests.
- ** Maintain Data Integrity**: Actively manage HubSpot data to ensure compliance with internal regulations.
- ** Track Deposit Status**: Verify Strategist/Member deposit status and provide updates.
- ** Member and Strategist Support**: Offer support on contract-related matters to both members and strategists.
- ** Effective External Communication**: Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication with external stakeholders.
- ** Contract Tracking and Status Checks**: Regularly check on the status of contracts and keep all parties informed.

**Experience**
- ** Tertiary Degree or Equivalent**: Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant or related to real estate, property investment or demonstrably equivalent experience.
- ** Residential Real Estate Expertise**: Strong understanding of residential real estate contracts and closing procedures.
