Based in our fun, family environment Mount Waverley Head Office, work within the busy Pre-Site Operational New Markets Permits team on this 12 month secondment role.
Reporting to the Permits Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Preparation and follow up of permit documentation for the building processGenerating reports based on findings and making all necessary recommendationsReceive / Check / Follow up Soils, Surveys and PSI informationManage the acceptance of engineering documentation from external providersFollow up and Receipt of Pre-build’s Apply for Asset protection permits through council; andManage the Permits Inbox daily.

The successful candidate will have: Experience in pre-site administration within residential ideally within permits but not necessary however advantageous orExceptional customer service with the ability to manage customer expectationsAbility to manage high volume of work while maintaining high attention to detail; andOutstanding organisational and time management capabilities.
