Tenacity CX have partnered with a leading Australian Health Insurance provider located in Sydney CBD & are seeking solution focused, customer centric individuals do join their Member Services team.

The Role:
- Managing up to 30 - 40 inbound calls per day and emails from existing members
- The consistent delivery of superior service to members ensuring expectations are met in a fast-paced manner
- Adhering to complex compliance and legislative requirements
- Work towards weekly KPI’s and maintain an updated database
- Working with a collaborative and solutions focused approach
Skills & attributes required:
- Previous experience in Insurance/ Banking/ Finance is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to understand complex policies and navigate multiple systems at once
- A "can-do" attitude and a strong customer focus is key along with an eagerness to grow and develop
This is a full-time Monday - Friday role working from 8:30am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm roster shifts
Full working rights required with no Visa restrictions
