Job description

The Role:

  • Managing up to 30 - 40 inbound calls per day and emails from existing members
  • The consistent delivery of superior service to members ensuring expectations are met in a fast-paced manner 
  • Adhering to complex compliance and legislative requirements
  • Work towards weekly KPI’s and maintain an updated database
  • Working with a collaborative and solutions focused approach  

Skills & attributes required:

  • Previous experience in Insurance/ Banking/ Finance is  desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrated customer service experience 
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to understand complex policies and navigate multiple systems at once
  • A "can-do" attitude and a strong customer focus is key along with an eagerness to grow and develop

  
This is a full-time Monday - Friday role working from 8:30am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm roster shifts
Full working rights required with no Visa restrictions
