We are seeking a high calibre Appliance Service Specialist to join our Sydney team. If you are passionate about using your knowledge to repair appliances and/or air-conditioners efficiently, we want you to work closely with our long-standing customers.

  • Competitive salary plus incentives: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience

This role involves carrying out professional quality service repairs directly to our customers at their residence or in the workshop. A major benefit within this role is flexibility, supporting a 'work out of home' model which means you do not have to travel each morning or night to the workshop.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals, and training sessions
  • Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection
  • Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • An Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred, industry experience as a minimum
  • Strong communication skills and strong PC skills
  • Provide premium customer service
  • Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
