For our office located at Sydney International Airport we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist is a first point of contact for all customers within Heinemann Australia. The primary role of a Customer Service Specialist within the team is to respond to a variety of customer requests and inquiries within the organization.**Customer Service Specialist**

Your new job includes
- Handle incoming customer requests and claims through various channels in line with the HEINEMANN service approach
- Ensure company policies & procedures are adhered to
- Maintain a high level of service and customer orientation by ensuring quality and customer service standards are met and exceeded
- Create and foster long term customer loyalty among new customers as well as returning and regular customers
- Support our loyalty program “Heinemann&Me”
- Achieve and monitor KPI’s (adherence to service level agreements, lead times)
- Complete documentation, aggregation and analysis of the categories of customer requests; daily reporting

What you should bring along
- Experience in Quality Customer Service
- Perfect writing skills in English (knowledge of Chinese language or further languages is a plus)
- Computer affinity
- Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management software (for example MS Dynamics) and ERP systems (SAP)
- Decision making & problem solving skills
