Join our team as a Client Planning Coordinator for a rewarding 6-month contract, where you’ll play a crucial role in helping our clients live better days, every day
In this dynamic position, you’ll ensure a seamless and proactive client planning process by coordinating annual NDIS plan reviews, monitoring funding outcomes, and maintaining service agreements. Your efforts will directly contribute to maximising client funding and achieving their personal goals.
This role requires collaboration across various internal departments, including Finance, Operations, Quality and Innovation, and Rostering, making it an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Here’s what it will take:
- Significant experience, skills and knowledge in Disability, Health, NFP or other related field
- High level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, and capacity to problem solve and take decisive considered action
- Proven track record in forming strong productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated commitment to service excellence and human rights
- Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills including a proven ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work autonomously
- Proficient in the use of Excel and understanding of budgets.
- Sound ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of products
