**Reporting to the State Manager (Vic), the Intake Coordinator is responsible for**:

- Delivering a welcome to ONCALL for all clients approaching the organisation for support.
- Managing the assessment planning and administration associated with the Intake process, including requests for service for people with complex lives and circumstances
- Utilising the onboarding process to identify risk and mitigation strategies and propose compliant options for service delivery to the client and the service delivery team

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Actively contribute as a key member of the Intake team to the successful onboarding of clients who approach ONCALL for services and support.
- Undertaking the onboarding process in a timely, efficient and respectful manner ensuring ONCALL services are approachable and easy to use for clients, families and support networks.
- Expertly engaging external agencies and professionals where required in the onboarding process.
- Providing expert advice regarding NDIS plans, budgets, utilisation, and service options at ONCALL designed to maximise outcomes for clients.
- Utilising needs assessments to recognise critical information for service delivery and ensure all critical information is considered and utilised to support high quality support.
- Maintaining current and accurate client records using the ONCALL Client Management Record System.
- Liaising with internal and external partners to manage the requirements of Intake and Agreements

**Our Successful Applicant will ideally have**:

- Experience in delivering an intake service with associated skills in the provision of assessments and other intake functions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with our NDIS participants/families.
- Knowledge and understanding of NDIS Plans and service agreements.
- Experience liaising with internal/external stakeholders such as Support Coordinators, parents, Psychologists etc.
- High level time management, organisation and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
