Your future role:
Alstom has an opening for an International Mobility Coordinator to join the HR team in a 12-month fixed contract role. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you be accountable for managing individual employee mobility to the Australia and New Zealand region. With your in-depth knowledge and expertise in this area, you will provide oversight of assignment process from beginning to the end with home and local HR communities, support home and host HR in specific country or individual situations as well as leading/participating in transversal projects within the department.

Prior experience as HR Generalist is desired Proven expatriate management experience within a multinational organisation Excellent communication and facilitation skills Sound influencing and negotiation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills including tact and diplomacy with the ability to interact with a broad range of individuals operating at different levels People oriented and ability to deal with cultural differences Proven ability to work productively both independently and as an integral member of various teams Highly dedicated with a positive attitude, self-motivated, a team player who takes initiative Able to attend calls to accommodate different time zonesThings you'll enjoy:
