La filiale Australienne (Sydney) Pierre Fabre Dermo Cosmétique & Médical Care recrute pour un VIE d’1 an renouvelable 1 an, un(e) Analyste Financier.

The Australian (Sydney) Pierre Fabre subsidiary is hiring a VIE for Financial Analyst position for 1 year, renewable 1 year.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious and dynamic team with opportunities for international development.

The VIE-position is available from September the 1st.

Your mission is to support the growth of our business in Australia both in Dermo-Cosmetic (Avene and Klorane brands) and Pharmaceutical (innovative oncology).

Our company has a lot of growth potential and business opportunities in Australia. As a key member of the Finance and Operations team, you will use your analytical skills and commercial acumen to support business functions, and understand, enhance and enforce efficient financial processes, controls and analytical tools.

You will use your interpersonal skills to interact with all the different stakeholders including Finance & Operations, General Management, Medical, Commercial and Marketing teams.

Your main missions:
Financial Controlling & Reporting (40%)
- Key partner in the closing process: Provisions, Accruals, Costs Allocation, Balance Sheet reconciliation, Reporting
- Calculate slow-moving and obsolescence provisions, purchase price variance, restatements of Market Access and Added Value, inventory adjustments and reconciliation. Prepare related general ledger entries in ERP and perform Balance Sheet reconciliation on related items.
- Transfer Pricing

Commercial Analysis (30%)
- Work closely with commercial teams on pricing, cost of goods, discounts, promotions, customers hierarchy
- Support the Commercial Director and Marketing to help them with Business decisions.

Financial Planning & Analysis (30%)
- Support the different Managers in their cost management: produce monthly costs trackers, challenge on their year-to-go, assess landing.
- Support the Financial Planning Process: Rolling Forecast, Budget and ad-hoc models and analysis

Qui êtes-vous ?

You have a Master's degree in Corporate Finance and/or Management Control, supplemented by at least 1 year's experience in this field (internship, work-study program, etc.).

You have an aptitude for commercial and financial analysis, as well as an excellent understanding of accounting, commercial issues and operations.

High level of autonomy is required as well as ability to think out of the box and proactively solve issues.

Impeccable ethics, accountability, flexibility and result-oriented mindset are demanded. Adherence and commitment to group’s values is a must.

Excellent communication skills are essential to facilitate meetings aiming at improving the business performance.

Production of Key reports for the Australia subsidiary (perimeter $70m sales)

Work with big databases.

Use Dynamics, BI and advanced Excel skills
