About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Coordinator RN to join our team at International SOS. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in a unique healthcare environment, providing case management and telehealth services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: You will be responsible for managing diverse acute and chronic medical conditions in a hospital-free setting.
- Triage and Assessment: Using your clinical nursing skills, you will analyze and assess medical records to identify urgent cases and take appropriate action.
Working Structure:
- A 24/7 rotating roster with a mix of 8-hour shifts (6:45 am - 3:15 pm or 10:45 am - 7:15 pm) from Monday to Friday.
- Occasional nights and weekends with 12-hour shifts (7 am - 7 pm or 7 pm - 7 am).
- An 8-week roster planned and organized at least two weeks in advance.
- A paid training period of 4-6 weeks.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An unconditional AHPRA License as a Registered Nurse.
- A minimum of 3 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and oral communication skills.
- Computer literacy with a good knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and patient record systems.
