We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join the team.

This role will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our client across a wide variety of telephony incidents and service requests.

Specific responsibilities will include:

Provide level 1 support to customers Log and manage Service Requests (MACs). Log incidents, monitor response and resolution times, and provide users with updates and resolution timeframes Liaise with customers and coordinate maintenance and support related activities with 3rd party suppliers Escalate issues as appropriate

About you

To be successful in this role you will have at least 1+ years’ experience providing support in an IT/Telecommunications service desk environment. Ideally you will have experience with IT Service Management applications like Service Now. You will work well under pressure and be able to deal with high priority issues. You will have excellent problem solving skills and be able to work independently. Above all you will have excellent communication skills and are enthusiastic about customer service.
