**Your new role**

As a help desk support officer, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that delivers high-quality IT services and solutions to our staff and stakeholders across the state. You will be responsible for:

- Logging, tracking, and resolving IT incidents and service requests using our IT service management system
- Escalating complex or urgent issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least two years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in a government or large organisation setting
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely and professional manner
- A customer-focused and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
