Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, this role leads the preparation and coordination of all Group, Statutory and Board reporting for the Blackmores Group. This role is ideal for someone with a Big 4 background with strong commercial numerical and data accuracy.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and coordinating all Kirin, Group, Statutory and Board reporting for the Blackmores Group 
  • Provide advice on judgemental accounting matters and control deficiencies, for example impairment assessment, revenue recognition, acquisition accounting, eliminations, accounting for incentives.  
  • Support the maintenance of robust finance data through supporting key data and governance controls and designing sustainable data management controls
  • Perform ad hoc analysis supporting strategic advice to the business
  • Enhance financial controls through policy documentation, balance sheet review and analysis
  • Provide business partnering services to certain central business units (e.g., central functions).

Who are you?

  • A professional and qualified accountant with 5-7 years post qualification experience
  • You have led reporting for large organisations that include board and listing requirements
  • Data savvy, strong attention to detail, able to examine and critique financial reports
  • Highly collaborative, able to drive business units to provide accurate information, works closely with business partners
