Position Overview

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner - Exports to support our International Finance team. This role will work closely with Regional Sales Leads to enhance business performance. As a skilled communicator and influencer, you will play a crucial role in guiding commercial decision-making. Success in this position will rely on your ability to deliver data-driven insights and create clear narratives in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee weekly and monthly performance reporting, ensuring effective communication of key performance drivers.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and provide recommendations regarding portfolio case rate volume, pricing strategies, and trade spend efficiency.
  • Proactively communicate potential commercial impacts affecting the portfolio.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance visibility and accountability of Sales and Profit performance.
  • Support strategic analysis and project evaluations to optimize returns on Trade Spend Investments and Cost of Doing Business (CODB) expenditures.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Contribute significantly to the forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Facilitate clear communication across various stakeholder groups.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, customer-focused finance professional with a commercial mindset and the ability to engage with all management levels. You should be passionate about analyzing large volumes of data to extract valuable insights, with a proactive approach to managing deadlines and solving complex challenges. Essential qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  • CA/CPA qualification.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools in a commercial context (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, D365, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and work cross-functionally.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Advanced time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Capacity to simplify complex financial information for diverse audiences.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and process excellence.
