Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Representative and Business Development Specialist to join our lingerie distribution team. This role is crucial in expanding our market presence, fostering relationships with wholesale customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation: Identify and target potential wholesale clients, including boutiques, department stores, and online retailers. Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new accounts. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies and product offerings. Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics as needed. Analysing data and Cross-selling Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. CRM

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the fashion or lingerie industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
