What this job involves:

We’ve got an opportunity for a Residential Property Manager to join our team across a residential portfolio in Kangaroo Point. In the role, you will be responsible for all facets of the day-to-day property management.

A snapshot of the role:

  • End to end property management, including dispute resolution, insurance claims, and QCAT submissions and hearings with the assistance of Virtual Assistants.
  • Ensure accurate preparation of all documentation relating to residential tenancy in line with legislation
  • Manage ingoing and outgoing tenancies, including completing entry and exit condition reports, finalising tenancies/handovers.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs to maintain property standards
  • Rent arrears management
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Oversee marketing of vacant tenancies and coordinating leasing inspections
  • Communicate regularly with clients and key stakeholders on property related matters
  • Tenant liaison – handling queries, complains and needs of tenants
