Job Description

As a Residential Property Portfolio Manager with Oyster People, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, including liaising with landlords and tenants, completing outgoing inspections, and organizing repairs and maintenance. You will also have the opportunity to prepare and attend QCAT tribunals, demonstrating your expertise and professionalism in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth communication and resolve any issues promptly
  • Complete outgoing inspections to ensure properties are presented in excellent condition
  • Organize repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain high standards
  • Prepare and attend QCAT tribunals to represent clients and protect their interests

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Real Estate Certificate, a valid QLD Drivers licence, and a reliable car. A minimum of 2 years' experience working with a residential property portfolio is also essential, as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a structured environment.
